 Sick-ish

Welcome to Sickish, the podcast focused on conversations navigating chronic illness. Chronic illness is so misunderstood, and most of us don’t walk around publicizing our pain, so when the world looks at us, they don’t usually see someone who is “sick.” We often find ourselves trying to convince others (and ourselves) that something is medically wrong. There are days when this makes us feel absolutely insane and can lead to feelings of frustration, depression, hopelessness, and powerlessness.

In this podcast, we discuss navigating life with chronic illness. Our guests will be everyday people who have or are still experiencing chronic illness, coaches, and practitioners of both Eastern and Western medicine.

We will laugh, cry, vent, and share tips and resources on controlling, managing, and even reversing chronic illness. We hope that sharing our experiences can restore hope, power, purpose, and life to those suffering worldwide.
